II. Structure

Multi-function tubing anchor is composed of upper joint, inner pipe, cone, card pad, sealing cylinder, anti-moving pin and lower joint. III. Principle

When the multi-function tubing anchor is pumping after the downhole of the tubing, the pressure of the inner pipe increases, and the hydraulic pressure enters the sealing tube from the inner pipe to form a circular space between the sealing tube and the inner pipe, which causes the sealing tube to produce upward thrust, and when the upward thrust is greater than the bearing capacity of the anti-moving pin, The anti-moving pin is cut up, the distance between the cone and the sealing cylinder is shortened, and the slip is opened and anchored on the casing under the action of the cone, so that the sucker string is anchored and the string is prevented from peristalsis to improve the pump efficiency. When the oil well operation takes up the tubing, the rotating tubing makes the inner tube rotate, under the action of the slip, the cone does not rotate, so that the relative movement between the cone and the inner tube is produced, and under the hydraulic action of the inner tube, the inner tube is dense. The sealing cylinder then goes up, when the sealing cylinder goes up to a certain height, the inner part of the sealing cylinder leaves the lower joint so that the inner tube is connected to the casing, thus realizing the oil discharge, after the oil discharge, the pressure balance of the tubing and casing, and the sealing cylinder no longer goes up.
