全金属螺杆泵定子与转子之间采用合理的间歇配合，使得其与传统的螺杆泵相比更具有耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀性能；泵内定、转子工作时可不受环境温度限制，在同一温度条件下定、转子热膨胀率基本相同，保证了组件之间的间隙配合一致。我公司研制的全金属螺杆泵使用寿命长，能够真正应用于稠油热采蒸汽吞吐作业中。由于定子和转子均为金属材料，因此采用了间隙配合使工作中的扭矩减小，通过提高转速来增大泵的排量。

In order to solve the defects of conventional rubber stator screw pump in steam huff and puff production, simplify steam injection huff and puff process, shorten rotation time and improve production efficiency, our company organized elite technical team to develop all metal screw pump. Effectively overcome the adverse factors of thermal recovery of heavy oil, and its high temperature resistance characteristics ensure the working pump efficiency of screw pump; At the same time, the two processes of steam injection and oil recovery are satisfied, and the continuous conversion of steam injection and oil recovery process is realized.
The all-metal screw pump adopts reasonable intermittent coordination between stator and rotor, which makes it more wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant compared with the traditional screw pump. Under the same temperature condition, the thermal expansion ratio of the rotor is basically the same, which ensures that the clearance coordination between the components is consistent. The all-metal screw pump developed by our company has a long service life and can be used in steam huff and puff of heavy oil thermal recovery. Because both stator and rotor are metal materials, clearance coordination is used to reduce torque and increase displacement of pump by increasing rotational speed.
