RTP pipe is a kind of high-pressure plastic composite pipe, which has three layers, namely inner pipe, reinforcement layer and outer pipe.
Inner tube: made of polyolefin material to transport fluid and seal;
Outer tube: made of HDPE to protect the outer layer can be selected according to the requirements of white (surface paving UV protection) or black (buried laying);
Reinforcement layer: made of HDPE and high strength fiber rope, acting as pressure-bearing material, there are two kinds of reinforcing material: aramid fiber and polyester fiber.
Product features:
Inner layer material: ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, high wear resistance, high anticorrosion, anti-wax, low resistance, anti-penetration. The wear resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is 4 times higher than that of HDPE. The friction coefficient of UHMWPE is 0.011 × 0.007, which is equivalent to Yu Bing's friction coefficient.
Reinforced layer material: nano-polyester fiber (n-PET), high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, high flexibility.
The tensile strength of n-PET is 7% higher than that of ordinary PET35%, and the temperature of the fiber is 240 ℃.
Outer layer: HDPE functional material, anticorrosive, anti-scratch.
