V. Scope of application:

Suitable for more than 70 pumps, sucker rod and piston connection.

VI. Usage instructions:

1. Check tools:

Tools must be carefully checked before going down to make sure the tools are in good condition. The check reads as follows:

(1) whether the two ends of the connection thread are intact or not.

(2) there shall be no permanent deformation on the outer surface of the tool after collision.

 

(3) all anti-release pins shall be tightened and shall not be exposed to the surface of the matrix.

2. The lower body of the tool goes down with the pump piston into the well.

3. The upper body of the tool is connected to the sucker rod under the sucker rod.

4. When the upper body of the tool is in contact with the lower body, the lock block is retracted by the radial force, the spring is compressed, the joint body, the upper part of the lock block enters the upper body, and then the lock block is opened under the action of the spring, so that the lower platform shoulder of the lock block and the upper body lower platform shoulder are connected together. As a result, the docking of the disconnector of the oil pump is realized.

5. During workover operations, the sucker rod should first be separated from the piston, that is, the upper body and the lower body of the disconnecting device should be disjoined. The way to disengage the rod is to lift the sucker rod up. When the disconnector refers to the variable diameter port between the pump and the tubing (at the release joint), The outer spring is compressed so that the lock block is removed from the upper body to complete the disconnection.

.Transport and maintenance consideration

1. Tools out of the factory for the whole factory, use units must not be disassembled, lest after assembly can not reach the original technical performance.

2. The used tools are delivered to the original shipping unit for maintenance to ensure its performance.

3. This product should be transported and stored to avoid collision and rain, both ends of the buckle with wire protection.

4. This product shall be placed on the shelf and shall not overlap. The sun is in the sun. Rain, do not touch acid. Alkali. Salt and other corrosive substances, tools require more than 1 meter away from the heat source.
